Valid credit card information is required before scheduling your appointment. Your appointment is not secured until a credit card is on file. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so 48+ hours BEFORE your scheduled appointment time.
If your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 50% of services booked. Any future appointments a $50 deposit will need to be made.
*This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.*
If you are 10+ minutes late to your appointment, there will be a $25.00 late surcharge to your balance 15+ minutes late means your card will be charged in the full amount of services booked for and you will need to reschedule for a later date.
